Hyatt Centric Times Square New York

I'll keep it short and simple. Front desk staff friendly. Housekeeping friendly and efficient. Security guards not very friendly, nor do they treat you like a guest. Makes you feel like you're in a jewelry store shopping.

Appeared like a 3 star not a 4.5 star. Lobby was average. No assistance to bring luggage to room. No robes and slippers in room had to request. No hot water when showering. The hallway and room smelled like food. Can hear outside and street noise. Close to Times Square convenient location. Lots of charging ports in room. Expensive for what you get.

I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. It's perfectly situated and the whole experience was fantastic. We were on the 45th floor and the view was incredible. The room was a good size, very clean and modern, with a big comfortable bed. The staff were really friendly and helpful and we loved Bar 54 and their amazing cocktails! Thank you so much to everyone there - we would return in a heartbeat...
