Great stay
Hotel in good postion near shops not far to get to zero point for skiing,rooms a bit basic, but clean , food although buffet , which we are not keen was very good, half board really is a must as eating out very expensive. We would stay at the crazy reindeer again

Great low-cost option
Hostel Hullu Poro is the hostel section of Hotel Hullu Poro and consists of a collection of apartments. It is a few minutes drive down the road from the hotel. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was spacious with a full kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining area. Much better than we even expected! The rooms were large with two twin beds in each, and good closet space. Everything was clean and bright and we loved our stay!

Good choice @Levi for skiing
I stayed in this hotel with my wife for a week. The location of the hotel is about 8-minute walk from the ski pistes or ZeroPoint. I took the bus from Kittila airport and get off in front of the hotel, it is very convenient. The staff at reception are very nice and helpful. They are willing to provide assistance to check the safari tour, restaurant reservation, etc. for us. Spacious lounge, cafe, gym, sauna, chess games, souvenir shop are provided within the hotel. In addition, few tour companies will sometimes stay in the hotel to introduce or promote various day tours, it is absolutely convenient. The hotel room is clean and tidy. The free wifi service is very good within the hotel. There is room of improvement of breakfast quality and variety. The choice of tv programme could be increased.
