Still waiting for a refund!!
Booked 2 night’s accommodation on booking.com, they charged my credit card the full amount on booking. I cancelled the booking on 17th Jan which had a full refund policy and now it is 3rd March and still have not received a refund! They claim it takes 35 days to receive a refund, but it was been longer than that. Not a good hotel to deal with Beware when booking and make sure you don’t need to cancel

Beautiful hotel and great location
The hotel and grounds were beautiful. The food and drink service was exceptionally slow at times and there was no option to charge anything to the room which was not convenient, especially being in a large group. There were times we simply didn't order drinks because we knew it would take so long and we didn't have cash or credit cards on us and didn't want to have to go back to the room to just pay for 1 or 2 drinks. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything is ridiculously overpriced in Tulum so drinks were $20 each, as was every food item on the menu. For guacamole, ceviche and two drinks, be prepared to pay almost $100 with tip.

Amazing resort
Renato and his staff were amazing. The rooms were unbelievable. I was amazed from the moment I walked in. The have the jungle in the beach was like unbelievable. The ocean breeze was all I needed for a good nights rest. The staff was amazing at arranging transportation and assisting with scooters so we could get around.
