Amazing Vacation!
Amazing resort! Enjoyed every aspect. Food was fantastic, amenities are unmatched. One of our best vacations ever. Only one critique, concierge Kenneth does not match the high standards of the resort. Fortunately the experience made up for that one downside. We are looking forward to many more visits on the future!

Amazing family vacation!
My husband and I have been to Hotel Xcaret 3 times. This resort still amazes us each time. The food, the drinks and the experiences are all unmatched. This trip we took our adult daughters to celebrate the youngest ones recent college graduation. Although we did not get any “special” accommodations or surprises in the room, our trip was simply unforgettable!! We were looking for our next trip back while we were on the bus to the airport! Shout outs to Miguel at the Viento pool bar for the wonderful drink recommendations, and the waiter there too! And to Joshe at Las Playas for the laughs, the shots and for making us feel more like family than just patrons.

Perfect, thank you Rogelio!
Last dining experience was at Las Playas, by far the best dinner experience had at the resort. Our server Rogelio was absolutely perfect, great standards and very personable. As someone who works in the service industry he was amazing. Drinks were great, food was spectacular. Perfect experience overall. Thank you Rogelio!
