Trip with the wife
Good hotel that’s been recently built the staff on arrival were polite and informative and the check in was very easy. A porter showed us to the room which was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was big and had a massive bathroom and a great balcony with 2 chairs and a table out there. There are 3 pools and more than enough sun beds and at this time there certainly wasn’t any rush to get down there and get them. The pool bar and staff are efficient and the food menu was delicious and plentiful with something for all tastes. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the gym only had few free weights and 1 of the following bike running machine stair machine. Overall a great hotel will defo come back.

A perfect hotel for an enjoyable holiday.
Beautiful hotel, very spacious and clean rooms. All the staff very friendly. Big breakfast buffet with à la minute eggs and pancakes of your choice. Gardens well maintained. Plus the beachclub with sunbeds almost touching the sea. Good light kitchen for lunch. We had a lovely time here.

First time experience
As a member of several hotel loyalty programs and having traveled the world staying with them, it’s the very first time I was asked to pay for a late check out and to make the matter more annoying I had enquired if rooms where available for my check out date I was Informed I was told plenty of rooms ? Having pointed these observations to your check out staff I was told it was company policy ? I if this is the case it’s pretty pointless in being a loyalty member. Finally my only other gripe was your beach club manager selling me a 3 day pass for €35 per person implying it was for 3 days not per day ?
