Great stay - Miami never disappoints
Lovely modern hotel, with gorgeous pool looking right onto Ocean Drive. Cafe Americana situated under the hotel did an AMAZING breakfast and served very chilled Miami vibes. My ONLY gripe, which is SO minor.... no hooks in the rooms to hang towels up after use.

The service of Ricardo and Jameskug was amazing. Thanks for this lovely stay. The room ws always clean and everything worked as I expected. So I could recommend and suggest to stay in this hotel as the location is perfect. The price make sense with the service

Hotel Victor made our stay in South Beach relaxing and restful.
We arrived on a Thursday, early afternoon. We assumed that our room would not be ready as check-in is 4 pm. We were met quickly by the door man who grabbed our bags and took them to the front desk area. We were greeted quickly by the staff and checked in seamlessly. We were aware ahead of time that we may have to wait and that they would have a luggage storage area in the case that our room was not ready. However, to our surprise our room was available. Throughout our six day stay,all of the staff from the front desk to the pool area were outstanding. I want to mention one staff member who repeatedly made sure that we had everything that we needed and always greeted us with a great smile and great attitude. Laura was outstanding and the Victor Hotel is privileged to have her. (Thank you, Laura.) Our room was on the second floor pool deck. It was nicely furnished and very clean. We had direct access to the pool from the room.(Very convenient when it’s time to cool off from the hot Miami sun.) We could not have been happier with our stay and will be returning on our next trip to South Beach.
