Hotel was ok for a friends holiday, of if your looking for somewhere to just stay and not using the all inclusive. Rooms and The buffet itself looked massive, but it was multiple of the same stuff, the food was the same every day so got very boring and we ended up eating out the last few days of our stay. Some of the staff was friendly, some was very rude especially some of the reception/ restaurant staff. I wouldn’t stay again
We had a great experience in the hotel, everything is close and easy to go. There are 2 swimmingpools and a DJ on the rooftop, a lot of places to lay down. The service is very good. A lot thanks to the frontdesk, the people are very friendly and helpfull thankyou : simona, charo, maite and also ewelina for the service and everything. And for the people of the bar: great jobss ❤️ We will be back next year it was amazing
I have mixed feelings reflecting back on my stay at Libra Mare Nostrum. Pro's Firstly Artur who worked on the restaurant check in was fantastic and a real credit to your hotel. I hope he can get recognised as he was just wonderful. Remembered who we were and greeted us warmly every meal. He even took time to chat to us if we were waiting for the restaurant to open etc Also the chef Ishmael (I think that was his name, I forgot to write it down). He was also very welcoming and cooked the most amazing fresh food. The food at this hotel for an all inclusive was actually really good, the best we've had. Great selection and very tasty and well cooked. The pool and pool area is also really good and we enjoyed swimming and relaxing there. The beds were also comfy and really nice having a balcony All the staff (Apart from one, which I'll come to later) were just amazing Con's We had a room near the lifts (4131) and the lifts are crazy loud, at first we thought the room next to us were moving furniture. Until we realised to it was the lifts. We found that having the air con on helped to drown out the noise. The walls are very thin, the first two nights were awful as we had very loud people in the room next to us. The hotel does actually have a no noise policy after 12 which we found out about and typically after those first two nights we were much luckier with our neighbours. The main issue that made me very uncomfortable and ruined our stay a bit was the manager who was working on the Saturday (29th April) my husband and friend went for a bike ride to make sure the bikes were okay after travelling with them, we were there for the multiport world champs. As were many others at the hotel and when they returned the managed shouted at them that they were not allowed to bring the race bikes into the hotel and they had to be left outside!! There was no secure bike storage and these bikes are very expensive. We kept the bikes immaculate and clean and they were on the balcony. This was very distressing and meant that i didnt dare take my bike out to test it until race day and it made me very uncomfortable and stressed.
