This is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in, not a hotel more like a run down hostel with. swimming pool. On arrival you have to check in at Marco Polo 1 .. no one tells you this. Hotel is run down and dirty. Room has been cleaned on arrival but had a strong stench of bleach and did not feel clean. Hairs from previous occupants, filthy fridge which leaked. ants crawling in the room. Poor still on the toilet seat As for the noise levels wow! never ever known anything like it, worse than being in a playground full of kids.. doors banging, music playing at all hours of the day & night ! no security monitoring this. You can hear the bedroom next to you like they are in your room. The biggest upsetting experience was kids/young adults snorting cocaine around the pool while the life guard sat there doing nothing about it! There are signs around the hotel saying they do not tolerate noise, drugs etc etc but no one acts on this. Needs to be rated 1 star and given a good clean and make over

Marco Polo II really needs an english sign at the front asking people to go to Marco Polo I to check in. So many tourists (including us) wandering around looking for Reception not understanding what is going on! On our arrival we were downgraded to a budget twin room, even though we paid more for a normal twin room with a balcony. No explanation or apology from the team during check in, i had to go back to bring this up with the team, along with the air con controller which was missing its batteries. Reception could not give us the room we booked, we had to stay in the budget room for our first night then move the next day…Good thing i requested for a nice room for my partner’s Birthday… The mini fridge was absolutely FILTHY. Yes the hotel is centrally located, but personally we would not stay here again. We have stayed in other vibra hotels, and standards there have been better. Top tips : - Stay on level 3, yes there are no lifts going to this floor but you wont here people constantly moving furniture and walking in high heels above you all night/morning. - Always close the bathroom door, the airer in the bathroom is literally a large hole that connects all the rooms and you will hear absolutely everything from the other rooms. I woke up at 7am thinking my partner was unwell, turns out i was hearing one of the neighbours puking her soul out for an hourbat least. It sounded like she was struggling right next to me! Security does walk and check the pool area, however they should be walking the floors as well, we had probably 5 minutes sleep during our first night. Impossible to rest, guests have zero respect towards eachother. Yes in a way we all go for the party scene in Ibiza but we all need some rest as well! You are not going to get that in this hotel! There are signs everywhere about the no drugs policy etc in the hotel, but its not in any way enforced. Breakfast was ok, it was nice to see soya milk as an option! Overall Reception was polite and helpful, but we would have expected them to be more upfront about the downgrade we ended up with. Nice plants in the garden. The bus station is 3 mins by walk, the nearest taxi rank is a minute by walk.

Great location but rude staff with no manners. Can’t leave anything by the pool or they will take your towels and throw your belongings in the bin with no apology.. man with long grey hair walking around the pool throwing things away and very rude when asked where they had gone
