Fourth time in Ibiza over the years so I know how it goes and being in our early 40s we expected to be some of the oldies at this hotel but we weren’t expecting the disgusting attitude and behaviour of today’s UK’s youth! The poor staff put up with a hell of a lot The staff are great, food is great and location is great but if you want to sleep please don’t stay here as music is played until 7am!

We did mon-fri June Positives - great location very clean . We were a group of 3 girls staying here , on arrival allocated a room which had no balcony even though it states balcony . We went back to reception asked for another room which they did straight away but it was over looking a scrap yard , at this point we couldnt be bothered to change again being up since 1am we just wanted to get out to our first booking bam bu ku. (they did contact us the last day to move but too late by then) The room is small but very clean lots of space for clothes etc air con great, you get a mini fridge, only negative lack of mirrors near plugs , we ended up lifting wall mirror off the wall to move it next to a plug . Walls are paper thin too. Pillows were one each flat but we asked cleaner she gave us all an extra one each . Pool area is lovely music on etc very quiet hotel seemed half full ,lots of sun beds , pool had a life guard . Pool bar is expensive but always someone there to serve you . We got breakfast included which was average it filled us ready for drinking etc , tip when sat outside don’t leave your table seagulls eat your breakfast we found it amusing watching people do this lol . You can use both hotels 1&2 facilities lots of vending machines for late night water, snacks and even toiletries. Overall it's not a great hotel but adequate to get your head down. bit tired, a view of the pool would have been better for us as we had pre drinks in the room, but its clean and location perfect.

Hotel was fairly nice, room was clean and tidy. The bar staff was lovely and accommodating and very friendly. We came for a girls trip to ibiza so the atmosphere was perfect, wouldn’t recommend for any other sort of trip. The only thing I would complain about it is the security waking us up at 2am when we was asleep telling us if we didn’t keep it down he would throw our suitcases out, when we wasn’t making any noise, which you can imagine for two girls unsettled us. The hotel is fairly loud throughout the night.
