Hotel Soho Barcelona

I gave this hotel a 4/5 The staff were 5/5 - I can’t remember his name, but the Italian gentleman from Sicily who worked mornings was WONDERFUL!!! best part of our stay. The room 3/5 - I paid $500 for a terrace room (basically the highest room available) and it was mediocre at best. Def NOT worth the money. The shower pressure was terrible, no lotion, bath products were 1/5, in general NEVER AGAIN for this price. If you get a terrace room for $275 it’s good. Anything over than that, never. Location - 4/5 you can get closer to central walking distance… but still a good location if you are comfortable walking 20-25 mins to most main parts. Breakfast - 1/5. Do yourself a favor don't get the breakfast, it's not worth it... esp with so many lovely cafe so close by... there's a resturant right on the corner that has delicious breakfast food + coffee, and a takeaway casual cafe right next door!

Great location and wonderful staff. We could walk to cafes, shops, the markets, everything. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Leaving our bags was no problem and they were very considerate, being careful with our luggage. The room was spacious and clean, however not my taste with very dark colours. Not a major thing. Our room faced the street so had lots of road noise all night and the party goers shouting and yahooing all night below didn't allow for a lot of sleep. We only had one night and the bed was comfortable, just a shame about the street noise. Overall, would recommend as good hotel.

This hotel is with five kilometres of most of the must see attractions in Barcelona, with great access to public transport. Nice restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is modern and the staff is superb. I would single out the lovely young Florencia who was extremely good and efficient. That said the rest of the staff are very good.
