Positives first - ideal location, close enough to walk to the main strip but far away enough to not be in the middle of it all. Local water taxi is ideal too and right outside. Food wise-there is something for everyone, buffet style, plenty of different things to pick from and all hot and replenished regularly. Negatives- rooms aren’t quite as clean as they appear at first, look in the corners, look above. Hotel is dated, needs some TLC but it’s manageable for a short break away. Random smell of awful sewage on and off throughout the day and the poolside toilets never have soap at the sinks! Cocktails are poor, ready mixed served in plastic cups. We upgraded to the gold all inclusive to receive branded spirits and if we didn’t watch and keep an eye on the staff, they would still use pre mixed, local spirits and still despite upgrading, they are still served in plastic cups-no effort goes into the cocktails at all. Yet if you pay for drinks as you go, they are served in glasses/proper cups so it’s not based on an health and safety feature. This is also the first ever hotel I’ve been to in all of my years of travelling that stop you using the AI facilities the moment you check out. This is poor and could lead to a very expensive day for a family having to wait around for late flights and having to buy food/drink. I’ve never experienced this ever before and tbh I don’t think it would majorly affect them allowing you until you fly home. This isn’t advertised anywhere until you check in so be aware of this prior to arriving! Entertainment is poor-the guy round the Remo pool is friendly and tries his best but for a family hotel it’s pretty dull and boring really. The ‘safe’ luggage room isn’t safe! They let anyone grab the key and go in- the key is just left out on reception to grab - to the point where we wanted to go and get our cases and was told someone had gone off with the key and they were trying to find them but they didn’t know who it was! They need to look at this really and maybe monitor it a little more! Bar/restaurant staff are friendly enough but staff generally don’t seem to bother interacting with guests and are very matter of fact. There aren’t enough sunbeds around the pool especially for the size of the hotel and despite being told it doesn’t open until 10- all beds appear to be reserved by this time. Poolside snacks only available in the Remo hotel which is crazy considering there is a pool and pool bar in this hotel but doesn’t serve snacks. Limited snacks are available within all inclusive yet lots you can pay extra for. No ice cream snacks in the AI. Ive been to Ibiza a few times in different hotels and although we’ve enjoyed our week, this hotel isn’t one I’d return too.

Absolutely awful hotel. We have just returned from 4 nights and hated it. The hotel itself is run down and hasn’t been modernised in god knows how many years. If you want to sleep on holiday -avoid I read the reviews before I left and stupidity thought it wouldn’t be so bad -it was We hardly slept You can hear everything Furniture being moved ,people talking. It’s honestly mental torture Full of young hen /stag does who blast music all night long 5 am and music blasting ,doors slamming It’s honestly awful Food is served in sister hotel Horrible Cold,we paid for all inclusive and lived on chips Snack bar is a joke -tiniest portions of the cheapest food you can find. You get a cup for your whole stay ,you take it back to the bar and your meant to get a new clean cup We got the same one. Your only allowed 1 drink at a time Staff are miserable and not helpful I’m so happy to be home We love holidays but this was awful No entertainment Please please book somewhere else
