Hotel Savoy Florence

We had an unforgettable stay at the Hotel Savoy-it is a charming hotel right in the heart of Florence. It is a great base from which to visit the Duomo, art galleries and all the major sights in Florence. Our room was top notch and breakfast/dinner in the Irene restaurant was a very special experience not to be missed. I am so grateful to the Chef for making the most delicious plant based croissants for breakfast! Indeed all of the food we had was wonderful. We appreciated a lot about the hotel- from the fresh flowers in our bathroom, the flower displays in the restaurant to the the fantastic efforts of the housekeeping team who left little chocolate treats and Irene toiletries in our room. They made our room look so cosy every day. We also took a very relaxing yoga class with a brilliant teacher in the gym one morning, which was a nice class for the hotel to make available to guests. Definitely the best thing about our stay was the staff team who made us feel very special- Gaspare was brilliant and gave us many recommendations on what to eat and drink in the restaurant and Gianmarco, the restaurant manager made us feel exceptionally welcome. Everyone was so lovely to talk with. Most mornings we chatted with Eugenio, the door man who was a wealth of information about the area. We totally recommend staying at Hotel Savoy and would love to visit it again one day-grazie mille!

The best Hotel in Florence ! An exceptional team! we have rarely seen such kind and professional staff as at the Hotel Savoy in Florence. We have been to basically all the best hotels in Florence and I promise that the Hotel Savoy is the best Hotel so far ! An exceptional team and exceptional place! Rooms are modern and at the same time preserved in Florentine style. we were in a magnificent suite overlooking the plazza republica! Wonderful! we have rarely seen such kind and professional staff as at this place ! Everything we asked of them, they did it with a smile! we felt like home! thank you Julia, Alessandra and Vittorio at the reception and Thank you Marco and Roberto at the concierge! The service is outstanding ! The Junior suite has a fantastic interior design and is extremely comfortable. We have spent a lovely moment in this hotel, feeling like at home , and in a luxury environment, with kind staff and an ideal location . Thank you so much for this great journey !
