Good location
Good hotel and in good location which good sized rooms and a pool on the roof. The only issue for me that for a 4 star hotel there were no iron/ ironing board facilities for guests which is such a basic requirement for any hotel that claims to be 4 stars. They have an ironing/ laundry facility which obviously costs more money to use, but if I want a shirt ironed I have to give it to them the day before. Please please invest in irons/ ironing boards for guests. It’s a basic facility for guests to use.

Absolutely unfriendly staff
Terrible service and disgusting behavior of employees at the reception. Absolutely unfriendly staff. As an example, a man at the reception rudely told me ‘what the f*** do you want from me?’ (Literal quote) when I asked for his help in ordering a taxi. In any case I do not recommend staying in it.
