Don't pay attention to the bad reviews
We stayed 5 days at the place. Room was clean service we good. Lots of woke kids on vacation,never leaving a tip. Stay away from the pool on the right near the ocean too many drunk kids. Other than no local shopping nights and the riu white party which was horrible I would stay here again.

Awesome vacation
We escaped to the dominican to relax and entertain ourselves for a week. Really impressed with the service, the food was ok, we had to wait long hours at the restaurant but then noticed if you go as early as posible the faster you get in. The entertainment team are the best, specially Ruddy really funny guy. We had lots of fun at the pool party, Alexander very attentive. The casino is out of the resort area, but they have a shuttle that picks up and returns you. We didn´t like we had to pay for some of the top shelf drinks but my friend Erick won a jackpot at the casino tables, so that made up for it. The room keys seen to have trouble with the other guests, mines worked ok. Will defiinitely come back.

Staff bit Rudy made my stay
Place was very clean staff were good especially Rudy he was very entertaining and friendly nothing was too much had a good laugh he gave it 100% every time we spoke to him great entertainment and the place is like a 1 big party
