The Hôtel Mercure Paris Saint Lazare Monceau amazes with spacious modern, comfort, excellent service, and numerous amenities for both business and leisure travellers. Especially cosy is the bar lounge, where you can warm up on cold days in a homely ambience. Your friendly, bright room will also make you feel at home.

I should spread my experience here, The hotel is definitely not a 4 star property. The rooms are small and the bathroom were tiny. The sink and shower is together in one room and toilet felt like it was in a tiny closet. The room was small but clean, the restaurant is small and no variety of food and with extra charge for some orders, The location was close to cafes and the metro. It was great seeing the Eiffel Tower so close. I left the hotel after tow nights only , I will not stay here again.

Unfortunately this is not a review I like to give but I must express my experience. I booked the Mercure for my Paris Birthday Celebration and it was a horrible decision. I had to book my remaining nights at the Pullman next door. Upon arrival I was greeted by a staff that was rude, she is the one with the long hair and wears a bow in it. I was then assisted by Patrick who was nice but also said to me they only sell View not rooms when I complained on how small my room was and how outdated. The bathroom was very outdated and the the soap holder was broken. The room was muggy and warm. I had booked the hotel for 3 nights but cancelled and only spent one night. Service is not pleasant at all. If you do not care about rooms and want a view then you are good at the Mercure, the View is a bit obscured just an FYI. The entire hotel is very outdated it needs a complete uplift. I also paid $90 euros for a birthday box and received 5 colorful basic balloons for kids, a birthday banner you buy at the 99 cent store, it was not placed on the door it was on the bed. The entire experience was horrible. I am glad the Pullman next door accommodated me for my remaining nights since I was there to celebrate my birthday, they also surprised me with a birthday box Free of charged. I personally do not recommend this hotel.

Amazing location, we only stayed one night and wanted to be somewhere within easy access to the main sites and metro and this didn’t disappoint & a lot cheaper than others nearby. You literally walk out & the Eiffel Tower is there. We were a family of 4 and the rooms were very spacious, clean and very comfortable beds & pillows. Our room had a view of the Eiffel Tower which made it even more special. So when booking makes sure you book the right room if that’s what you want. The lobby area had a fuse ball table that the kids loved playing on after a long tiring day walking. Thanks to all the staff and Manager for making our stay. Definitely recommend to others.
