This hotel is like a family welcoming From the moment we booked , through our upcoming trip and during our stay they were communicating with us and help us with everything, transportation, dinner to our room (we arrived at midnight) The staff were amazing They respect you and polite and so caring Each and every person from front desk to restaurant people are smiling and relaxing and hands on for every single request. We had a blast, the room was amazing, the environment was more than amazing, the hotel is clean and beautiful design with attention to every detail Thank you Ma’xanab hotel we will be back soon

We love hotel maxanab
We had an amazing time at hotel maxanab. Excellent food, drinks and service! Juan always made sure we were taken care of on the beach with delicious food and drinks! The resort is so beautiful, quiet and clean. We will definitely be back!

Best boutique hotel in Tulum
We loved our stay. The staff was very attentive to our every detail and requests. Food was delicious too. We used their bikes for a casual bike ride which is a perfect way to spend an afternoon. They were great at helping us make dinner reservations during our entire stay
