After four years of renovation and now part of The Set Hotels, Lutetia is back as the only modern grand hotel on the Left Bank. Combining modernity and heritage, Lutetia is entering a new era but its legendary spirit remains the same. Located in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Lutetia features individually designed signature suites, and bright and elegant dining spaces with cuisine by chef Benjamin Brial. The Salon Saint Germain now opens onto the Art Deco Patio, and Bar Joséphine offers contemporary French-inspired cuisine themed around travel and sharing. The famous Lutetia Brasserie is newly returned and under the care of Gérald Passedat who holds three Michelin stars. Six elegant event spaces including the stunning Cristal Ballroom, can be used to organise events for up to 300 people. To complete the experience, Akasha Spa offers 7,500 square feet dedicated to well-being and fitness with a 55-foot swimming pool benefiting from natural daylight.

Parisian romantic heaven on the left bank Traveling weekly for work, across the globe for vacation with the family and having lived in 6 different counties, we tend to - in the end - prefer home over even the highest rated hotels This pre- Valentine weekend - a stolen stretch of three days - in the Lutetia is however the first time we felt we found a home away from home Service was simply impeccable , staff very friendly , the suite (presidential) beyond beautiful, the view breathtaking, attention to every little detail, stunning roses , amazing snacks , great breakfast (my favorite meal of the day) in Lutetia Brasserie, delicious after noon snack in le Saint-Germain etc etc Decor and location is amazing! By now, we stayed in all palaces in Paris - honestly they are all lovely and the service is typically super professional. Lutetia offers something extra though - the staff is just one notch more personable and attentive (and remember you from last times) and the location / neighborhood is just more real Paris where one feels immersed within daily Parisian life versus being surrounded by tourists For us : best luxury stay in Paris
I would like to express my gratitute towards all the staff in Hotel Lutetia. Everyone was extremely caring and made our stay memorable. From a seamless check-in to amazing breakfast served by brilliant IRD staff member followed by mindblowing dinner in Saint-German. Next day breakfast in Brasserie was total treat server by one of the best staff i have ever encountered. Now i would like to express my special massive Thank You to Leila (Guest Service). She took care of our special request in regards to our anniversary to the next level. Amazing welcome amenities organised by her and a beautiful bouquet of flowers that went above my expectations. Wishing everyone to come atleast once in Hotel Lutetia and experience this luxury and wonderful staff.
Hotel Lutetia - perhaps the best hotel experience of my life. Zero issues, first class in every way. Staid in 2 small suites, one for Mom & Dad, 2nd for our 2 sons, age 17 & 20. Loved the experience and can’t wait to go back. Rooms were in perfect condition, each with views of the Eiffel Tower in the distance. Fresh fruit and pastries refreshed daily. If you are planning a trip to Paris, I highly recommend utilizing the concierge team at Lutetia in advance. We did no,t and spent more money for sub-optimal choices via our travel agent. However, once there and engaged with the team (there are 2 Raphael’s and a 3rd at the front desk), all of which are excellent and warm, we changed a number of plans and restaurant reservations. This team knows their Paris! We.had a hotel booking that included breakfast - either in the restaurant or room service. We opted for room service most of our stay. Prompt, efficient, error free, delicious and somehow delivered in a warm and caring manner. As my wife said, it was like a parent feeding you it seemed so caring. Ditto for housekeeping staff. Christmas dinner - only issue at the hotel. We were put at a table behind the servers bar and were a little forgotten. Ordered a bottle of Champagne - it was not pre-filled and was poured as opposed to set in ice first. That level of service from our server continued for the meal. It was odd and the only negative experience we had. Seemed most of the people at the restaurant Christmas Ever were not guests a the hotel which made the experience a little odd given that on other occasions the restaurant provided an extra touch for hotel guests. One day, my partner and I walked out of the hotel to stroll over to Bob Marche. A concierge chased us down outside with umbrellas, telling us it was about to rain. 1 minute later we were caught in a short lived downpour. That experience was a pretty typical one at Lutetia, and an example of why I can’t say enough good things about it. Almost forgot about the spa. It’s great and an oasis of peace within a busy Paris. Be sure to try the sauna followed by the ice cold plunge pool. Great for recovery after a long day seeing the sights of Paris.
