Our rooms, each different from one other, enjoy a spectacular view on the crystal-clear sea of the Ancient Maritime Republic. Decorations and furnishings, in pure Mediterranean style, create that warm and comfortable atmosphere which has always characterised the Hotel Luna Convento.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Luna Convento for a period of 10 days. The hotel was truly a piece of heaven. The hotel is so beautiful and wonderfully preserved. If you are looking for that special hotel with history, this is it. You are immersed in history, art and a true piece Amalfi. The hotel is so conveniently located to the village of Amalfi. The room with the balcony was sublime. The room was clean and roomy. Plenty of storage for our clothing. The staff went out of their way to please us. They were pleasant and quite accommodating. By the end of our stay they addressed us by name. One evening we noticed a tear in a dinner jacket. They sent it out to be repaired flawlessly for 15 Euro. We ate twice at the hotel. Once in the main dining room and the second in the alfresco dining room available in the tower across the street. Both experiences were a delight and delicious. Each morning a continental breakfast was available. The pool was exceptional! We put aside two days for sunning. There were also ladders to climb down and swim the in the sea. There was a limited beverage service to the pool. We loved our stay here at the Hotel Luna Convento. Grazie allo staff per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così confortevole! Grandissimi complimenti a tutti voi!
We called them up at 9:30 to ask for some info. Extrem unfriendly response and the reception kept on telling to call again after 12:00. We decided not to make a room reservation for three nights and ended up other hotel that was in the same category.
We loved our stay at the Hotel Luna Convento. Just a short walk from the most spectacular town on the spectacular Amalfi coast. Views are gorgeous, two excellent restaurants that we highly recommend and charming hotel. Prices were a bit expensive, but not unreasonable for an ocean view room in Amalfi. One slight peeve was that when the concierge booked a private boat for us for the day, he had us pay him a sizeable cash "deposit," which we later learned was his personal fee for assisting us.
