I booked via easyJet holidays and I was very happy with this hotel. I’ve stayed at a few hotels in Paris and I always tend to stay in their 4/5 star establishments. This one has a fab location. Good Wi-Fi, very comfortable beds! This hotel is very clean, the decor is very smart in the communal areas. The room though small was adequate and the cleaner who cleaned the room each day did an excellent job each day. Breakfast was nice, simple small and perfect to start your day. Very nice coffee. The breakfast staff were very nice and attentive. The only things I didn’t like and is used to be used as constructive critique only was ; 1st On our 4/night stay the shower was only handheld, the large shower on the ceiling did not work. 2nd I arranged and spoke to a pleasant receptionist lady who arranged for us to have a 1:30 checkout, which we were very grateful for, however when it came to the day we were called and 12:05 and asked to leave which I thought was a bit rude and abrupt and not what was agreed 3rd I wished to purchase some drinks around 2pm in the afternoon. I was told by the reception team that the barman starts at 5pm. After some conversations between each other at reception they decided to sell us some drinks, but if I am honest It felt a little awkward. In my experience in the hospitality sector if you have spare staff hanging around then popping to the bar to make some drinks to sell to customers is a basic and your staff should be appreciative for the sale, after all there are so many other places to go. In all I would 100% return, thank you to the Belmont for a lovely weekend in Paris.

This is probably in the top three worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Noisy with children running up and down the halls. You can hear the people talking in the room next door. Too small of a bathroom for two. Our original larger room we paid extra for was flooded by a water leak three days before. Not enough time to book at a different hotel. Don’t stay here.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. First and foremost, the amazing staff! They went above and beyond to make our stay extremely special and memorable. The hotel itself is adorable. Very cozy and comfortable yet elegant and sophisticated. The daily breakfast was excellent. It included all of the essentials: scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, croissants, French bread, assorted cheeses, sliced fruits, etc. The beds and linen are soft and comfortable. The location is perfect and within walking distance to Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this hotel - a must stay if you go to Paris!
