The staff were very welcoming and very helpful. Hotel on a quiet street and centrally located to many tourist attractions. Room was spacious and kept clean daily. Room was very quiet with little or no street sounds. The breakfast cafe had lots to eat.

My husband, our 11 yr old daughter and I stayed here for a three night city break. On arrival we were greeted by really friendly reception staff, who were really patient and allowed our daughter to practice her French on them. We drove from England to Paris via Le Shuttle and booked the local QPark through the hotel, as they have dedicated parking spaces. It's a secure, well lit, underground car park, which is accessed on foot directly opposite the hotel entrance and you're given a key card for access. We booked a Queen Standard with sofa bed. The room was a very good size, bigger than we were expecting and both beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was roomy with a large, walk in, rainfall shower, my only criticism is that the shower pressure was too low. The toiletries were of a high standard, robes and slippers were provided. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, the decor and the facilities. It doesn't say on the website, but the room has air-conditioning, an iron and ironing board. The tea & coffee making facilities were good, Nespresso machine and capsules, hot chocolate and various teas, all of which were very tasty. Breakfast was served from 06:30 to 10:30 (I think). Again the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating (our daughter has allergies and they provided safe alternatives). A very tasty, continental breakfast everyday, you also have a choice of eggs, your way, or omelette with various toppings. The hotel is located within quick and easy access of three different Metro stations an RER station and multiple bus routes. It never takes long to get anywhere in Paris! Opera, Printemps and Galleries Lafayette are a 5 minute walk away. Overall I would recommend this hotel for all types of traveller, families, business or a romantic getaway. The staff really make you feel special, they always go the extra mile (or kilometre ;-)). A special mention to both of the men (sorry, I can't remember your names) on reception that checked us in and also Zinadine. Both of the ladies in the restaurant too. Thank you all for helping to make this a wonderful trip to Paris for our family.

Run down hotel, but main problem was refusal to provide promised and paid for amenities. Hotel advertises a full breakfast service beginning at 6:30 but when you arrive at 6:30, they tell you that the full breakfast service doesn’t actually begin until 7:00 which is a problem for anyone with kids or trying to catch a plane or train or otherwise on a schedule. When asked, the hotel refused to offer an accommodation. We relied on the hotel’s promise and were forced to scramble for a last minute breakfast elsewhere for our kids before boarding a scheduled train.
