Hotel Gotico

My wife and I were there for a week, including New year eve. The room is kind of small, even the closet, but is good enough for 2 people. There is buffet breakfast at the hotel, which is good enough, there are other nearby options which are more affordable if you plan to eat something light, otherwise I suggest sticking to the hotel. The best feature of the hotel for me it was the location, subway in the corner, walking distance to La Rambla, Plaza de Jaume, etc and the Gelato shop just in front is just amazing.

i travelled with a friend and we were very surprised from the hotel because it didnt look good from the street. the room was very nice and clean. the workers were very nice and heplful like when we need a taxi or tickets/ and of course close to every where.

This is a mediocre hotel. It doesn’t deserve the 4 stars. The room is big, but old, we asked a double room with a bed, we received a room with 3 single beds. The covers that were in the beds smelled rly bad, on one bed had some blonde hairs on the sheets, the towels are a dirty white colour because they are very old, the mirror was rusted, the toilet was not sanitised, they don’t offer slippers, and when you turn on the heat a “dusty” smell covers the entire room
