A great place to stay
Love this hotel - we stayed many times and every time meets or exceeds our expectations. Great location and near so many good restaurants. The breakfast is also quite nice as is the bar area . An added plus is the lovely cigar selection . My only slight disappointed was the dinner .

Hotel stay
Israel and Carlos gave a great service during our stay. The only bad thing about the stay was that the air conditioner was not working properly. The hotel is very well situated in the Salamanca area. A lot of nice restaurants and good shopping around.

Fantastic trip and hotel
One of the best Hotels we have stayed at for many years. Nothing was too much for the staff to help. Red Level is a must with fantastic and very professional service at all times We will go again later this year. Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff
