This hotel gave me 5 star service through American Express travel. We received an early check out thanks to Jorge M! This was great after a long flight to receive a warm greeting and early check in. Laura & Jorge S in concierge always provided great recommendations and reservations. The entire staff from housekeeping, restaurant staff, concierge provided a superb experience. Received nice warm welcome package with local Madrid wine and fruits. Great views from our hotel room. Great area and very walkable to restaurants, bars and beautiful area in Madrid. Highly recommend going to HER restaurant and 99 Sushi. They were our favorite restaurants that were walking distance from hotel

This is a lovely hotel, with atmosphere and excellent, friendly staff in a great location. The rooms are well furnished and quiet. Strongly recommended. My second stay, and this is now my default hotel in Madrid.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Our bags never arrived and still have not after 5 days with American Airlines but the staff was so kind, and so helpful and willing to help us contact airlines. The room was a suite and very accommodating for us. The red floor lounge was wonderful too. The Location is great. We appreciate your help and all you did for us during our stay.
