Our luxury Brighton hotel is nestled in the iconic cobbled alleyways of The Lanes. Once the historic fishing village of Brighthelmstone, today The Lanes are home to designer boutiques, upmarket jewellers, and antique stores, and, of course, Hotel du Vin Brighton. Brighton is one of the UK’s most popular city break destinations, and with brilliant weather, high-end dining options, and a famous pier and seafront, it’s easy to see why.
With 49 distinctive rooms and suites available at our Brighton hotel, some offering spectacular sea views, you’ll find super-soft Egyptian cotton linen, fluffy towels, roll top baths and drenching monsoon showers. Dine al fresco under the vine-covered pergola in our central courtyard, or sink into a leather armchair in the bar or lounge, and choose from over 100 whiskies and rums or savour one of our delicious cocktails.
Train your palate with expert guidance in our wine cellar with our in-house Sommelier and tuck into simple, robust dishes prepared with fresh, local, seasonal ingredients in our trademark bistro. Or disappear to Cave du Vin, a snug hideaway for intimate private parties. We love hosting celebrations, so whatever the occasion, make merry in the striking 1920s-inspired Ruinart private dining room – or how about a spectacular wedding or civil ceremony in The Dome?

Had my 30th birthday dinner. Food was superb and staff very welcome and friendly. Desi did great job by making sure we are treated well. Food was really good and served on time. Massive selection on wines and I recommend that you try Argentinian Malbec with Chataubriou.
We held my husband’s 50th Birthday for 40+ guests in the Lombard Room at the Hotel Du Vin. The Lombard room was stylishly decorated, the food was delicious, the wines free flowing, Agata and Csenge our wait staff were amazing! Everyone complimented us on the great choice of venue, the wonderful food and lovely service. Thank you to Dewi to help plan the party and to all at HDV Brighton for making our event so memorable.
We ate in the hotel one night and the food was awful plus not much on your plate. Had we not eaten in the hotel I would have given 5 stars -loved the hotel but evening meal not great. I had Normandy chicken -it must have been on a diet! My husband had the haiche -it was like old leather boots. On a positive note , the deluxe room was lovely.
