Hotel Club Due Torri

I just wanted to say if you are looking for an amazing experience as an hotel,customer service, cleanliness,local food and especially views don’t look any further this place is the best of the best great value for being in the amazing maiori in the Amalfi coast … I had a deluxe room for 4 nights and my big day, yes my wedding day was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations with menu for my guests the coordinators there Nadia and Fabio that took care of everything for me and my friends… the all crew Gioacchino and the rest of the waitresses, the cleaning crew, the front desk all of them went above and beyond for my stay for me and my friends and especially my wedding day… Book this place for either vacation or your big day and don’t look anywhere else …love love you guys and this place Thank you DENISE and BRIAN

In a nutshell, do not stay here. It’s a horrendous value for the money they charge. If you’d like to exactly know why, read below. I’d give 0 stars if it was possible to. I like to start with the pro. Notice how this is singular as there is only one pro, and that is the view. Everything goes steeply downhill from there. The room is completely infested with ants (a common theme if you read other recent reviews). The bed is most likely from the very first day this hotel was built (think 50+ years old) and you can feel every single spring against your guaranteed to be sweaty back (due to the lack of proper air conditioning in the room & the fact they lock the AC controls). The furniture is beat up, old and just gross. The walls have cracks, bubbles and mold painted over throughout the unit. The icing on the cake was that the shower completely floods the entire bathroom every time you use it and is extremely small/beat up with barely working faucets. The pool has apparently been “under renovation” for the last 4 years and you would think they would provide you access to their “private beach” but instead they use it as a money making opportunity and charge €25 per person to access it. What a joke this place is. Do yourself a favour and do not stay at this hotel. I have stayed in hostels that are farrrrr nicer than this for around 10% of the money this place charges. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Our experience with this Hotel was definitely one of the worst ever. We’ve booked the “Junior Suite” for our wedding staying but the room was dirty and full of ants!!!! I’ve found them on the wall, in the wardrobe, in the drawers, in the toilet - EVERYWHERE. So we were obliged to change the room so that they could clean the room (but only for one night since the owner didn’t care about this situation that she defined as “normal”). In general the customer service was really bad. During breakfast we had to wait long in order to get our drinks, almost everyday there was some mistake between what we ordered and what we were got and the restaurant was not even full so they even didn’t have much orders to take care. The owner doesn’t know what does it means to be polite, she was screaming at me and she was always rude to us and on the last day she told me that SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT A BAD REVIEW. This for me is the biggest mistake they make. The money you will spent in this place is ABSOLUTELY not worthy and if you are a bride/groom I suggest you from the bottom of my heart to change your mind.
