This luxury hotel in London enjoys an unrivalled setting on Regent Street where the elegance of Mayfair, energy of Soho and sophistication of St. James combine. It’s where history, culture, business and the stage are just steps away. That’s one reason why, for 150 years, people who make a difference have made their way through these doors. For Oscar Wilde and Muhammad Ali, Winston Churchill and David Bowie, David Chipperfield and Albert Adrià, Hotel Café Royal has always been the vibrant living room of London, the place to convene, converse and celebrate.

I visited Hotel Cafe Royal for the first time this past weekend, booking a Grand Junior Suite. Having travelled a lot across Europe for work, I can easily say that the Hotel Cafe Royal is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment you enter the hotel towards the front desk, you are immediately struck by the hotels rich history and grandeur. Every member of staff who I encountered over the 3 nights were incredibly professional, whether it was the front desk, room service, housekeeping or concierge. The quality of room service was fantastic. There was a large selection of food and drink, available to eat either in the restaurant or delivered to your room. I found the portion sizes to be very generous, and the food all tasted delicious! My room was large and comfortable and looked out over Regent Street. I truly believe the location of this hotel cannot be beaten! Thank you to everyone who made my stay so comfortable. I will definitely be staying again!
Our family stayed here for 3 nights in first week of Jan. 2023. From check in to check out, the accomodation was nothing less than 5 star world class service. Every staff we encounter during our stay was nice and friendly and of course greet you with warm smile. This is what 5 star accomodation should be. Ashley, who check us in to our room even wrote our family a hand written letter and small gift to cheer up my daughter when we told her about our originally planned trip to Dubai was canceled and had to come to London as a second choice. Also, duringour stay, the suberb staff member Seonyeon helped us with all necessities to make our stay much more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It is worth every penny.
Welcome to my new London forever hotel! From being warmly greeted on a drizzling afternoon at the hotel’s doorstep to not wanting to leave at check out. A personal “Bravo” to Torres for treating us like family. This gentleman especially left an impression that has me now classifying Hotel Cafe Royal as second abode when visiting London. Other details that stood out was a seamless checkin and introduction to the hotel by a young gentleman originally from Holland. Our room was a Junior Suite that provided every amenity needed - a perfect combination classic architecture and current technology necessities. My only request would have been for more USB port plugs. We took advantage of the gym, which was well sized and had all the modern equipment as well as free weights selection. The gym was a necessity after indulging in two of the hotel’s eating establishments. Cake and Bubbles, the world class pastry restaurant by Albert Adria, is an absolute must, regardless if the Hotel Cafe Royal is where you lay your head (their pillows do feel like mammatus clouds if you’re wondering). Breakfast was the “other” meal we enjoyed - and I only say “other” in comparison to Adria’s place. Regardless, we felt spoiled by the entire staff and especially our waitress. Overall, a wonderful experience and we look forward to a return visit and also visiting sister properties! Bravo Hotel Cafe Royal!
