Amazing services
Great service from the waiter during the cocktails. Sam, roberto, vlad and Abel. Can’t wait to come back and return to these amazing services from these gentlemen. Sam took a picture that I asked because my uncle was on holiday and he kindly did it.

Nice hotel if perhaps a little insecure…
The hotel is very nice though the staff have a touch of insecurity about them… we were asked several times seemingly in desperation if ‘we’ll be back’ to stay again… Some items were missed at breakfast so had to be prompted for but we did get them in the end. Valet parking was good and no issues with the car.

Pure indulgence - A 5 star experience.
We stayed 2 nights at the Hotel Cafe Royal. We can’t fault the service and attention from the moment we arrived. Our suite was fantastic and had an amazing view over Regent Street. We had an amazing afternoon tea, a lovely meal in the Brassiere and cocktails in the Green Bar. Our experience at Cakes & Bubbles was the icing on the cake make all the more special by the attentiveness of Isaac. We cannot fault our stay and would definitely return. Many thanks to all of you that looked after us - Ollie at reception, Sam and Roberto in the Green Bar to name just a few from the excellent team.
