Coming to the hotel, I was dubious due to the mixed reviews. But I can say I have no clue what hotel most of these people have been staying in. The hotel is very clean with nice pools ( the main pool could do with fake turf or something around it as it can be muddy ) but you can always get a sunbed, the drinks and food is great both around the pool and at the restaurants. We have a basic room which means no balcony which we weren't aware of, buy that's the only downside to our room. The area is beautiful, with a 5 min walk from the hotel to the beach. There are beautiful beaches and restraunts all around. It was my first time here but I would definitely return for a weeks rest and relaxation! P.s there is tea and coffee on arrival in your room and also water and mini fridge that you can stock up from the local supermarket.

Oh, where to even begin with this gem of a "resort"? Let's start with the lovely staff—rude beyond belief. And let’s not forget the wildlife! Ants and hornet nests *everywhere.* It's basically a nature documentary, minus the charm. Then there’s the mudslide at the pool, courtesy of the unkept grass. Perfect for that "relaxing" dip in dirty water with cigarette butts floating around. As for ambiance? Music blaring like we're at some kind of nightclub. And those sun loungers? Falling apart, filthy, and honestly, they look like they've been dragged out of a dumpster. The whole pool area is just muck and chaos. Whoever thinks that's normal needs a serious reality check. A revamp is an understatement—it's a disaster zone! Oh, and let’s talk about the bed—if you can even call it that. It’s like sleeping on two planks of wood, so say goodbye to any chance of a decent night's sleep. Meanwhile, the ants have moved in like they’re paying rent, crawling all over everything. It’s like they’re part of the package deal at this point. And the shower? Absolute joke. The shower head is basically at elbow height, so unless you're a hobbit, be prepared to crouch down like you're playing some weird game of Twister just to wash yourself. Honestly, I’ve had better showers at campsites! This place is one big NOPE.

Room 443 - ants in bed, not clean, bathroom ceiling have weird slacks that you can see through, black marks on toilet seat, ceiling fan loud & unstable. Floors not clean you end up with black feet, leaking fridge. Management moved us to room 614 - nicer deco & clean but after a day out return to our room - switch on the fan - heard a very loud noise from fan - BLADE ON THE FAN BROKE OFF & LUCKILY MISSED MY SON!!!! Everything reported to reception. Maintenance did a temporary fix. Luckily we are going home tomorrow. HOTEL NEEDS REFURBISHMENT.
