Great property but not a fan of tulum
Beach access is fantastic, included breakfast was also great and included hot food. We got upgraded to a room with a pool which was a nice surprise. I did not find the mattress very comfortable but the property was beautiful! Tulum itself is not my favorite, it is very pricey and the road in the hotel zone is not very walkable (no real sidewalks) and the taxis are extremely expensive. If you plan on staying in the hotel or partying it is a good choice

Wonderful Services, Property, and Staff!
My friend and I stayed here for one week to relax and reset. This boutique property is perfect for that. It's small and tucked away from the crowds in other parts of the hotel zone. The food and drinks are delicious at the beach restaurant and all of the staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful. Michelle, Ana, and Elisio were so friendly and helpful both before we arrived and once we were there...ensuring we had everything we needed to make our trip just right. If we make it back to Tulum, we're definitely staying here again!

Relaxing, serene
Eliseo made our stay really comfortable; the hotel is lovely and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The private beach area was lovely for relaxing in the sun with a few cocktails - big thanks to Enrique who really looked after us!
