I had exactly the same experience as another person who left a review, that this place does not honor its own cancellation policy. I booked through Booking.com, cancelled more than 15 days prior to arrival, received confirmation but never the refund. I even visited the hotel after waiting for 30 days and asked to speak to the manager (after emailing and phoning without any reply). I met the manager, explained to her my situation and why I had to cancel. This young woman whose name is Adriana, told me she was delayed but would process the refund right away. I trusted her given I met her in person and forgot to follow up. Boy I was wrong. After I remembered it again, I contacted my credit card company, provided all the proof of cancellation, confirmation and screenshot of this hotel's cancellation policy. My credit card company said they tried but the merchant refused to refund because it happened too long ago. Yes it was too long ago because I had tried multiple times to resolve it with the management in good faith. Even a person who worked at the front desk of this hotel told me the management is very poor and I need to continue chasing them if I ever want to get any money back. Reading other similar reviews, yes the management is morally corrupt at this place.

I booked this hotel through Booking.com, with free cancellation within one day of arrival. I cancelled 25 days prior to arrival, received a cancellation confirmation, and was advised a refund would occur within 30 days. After 45 days, I emailed the hotel and the reply said they were slightly behind in processing refunds. It is now 90 days and I cannot phone the hotel as the number rings busy. They have not responded to my recent emails. Based on the other reviews, it is apparent their policy is to ignore cancellation refunds in the hope some people will forget. Obviously the management is poor at best, but most likely morally corrupt.

This is a well located hotel but with a bad service. People from the front desk, are incompetent and disrespectful, would never come again, they won’t help you with anything. Today is Wednesday 28th, every day I had a bad experience with the service but specially today the people working during the morning shift until 1 pm were VERY DISRESPECTFUL.
