The hotel is beautiful and perfect with different areas for different people, like the party pool with slides, and just a chill out pool, The food is amazing especially the Jerk hut, Rochelle made our time here amazing! The best hotel in Montego Bay, especially for family, and only 20minutes away from the airport.

I was pleasntly surprised with not only the welcome at the front desk but with seeing the welcome on the TV screen on entering the emaculately elegantly spacious room that was so accomodating of our desperate need for a full relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. The lazy river and other available recreational activites certainly added points to an already 5* experience.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, but the slow service really takes away from the experience. Romaine DJing was great and his personality is my favorite .Dinner with Smiley from the three palms restaurant was very good . Shakira from Guest services made our stay special 2 persons in our group was celebrating a birthday she went above and beyond to help us . Candle light dinners are amazing and we enjoyed the services of Duwayne i highly recommend this . Buffet was pleasant and i was amazed with the numerous options available at the buffet with Jamaican options. I was hoping for lots of fruits but mango season is sadly over. Ride from the airport is short the last time we did the shuttle and that was horrible we used private with top choice jamaica tours and will never go back . Pro - check-in was a nightmare—it took nearly an hour, and this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this issue here. They really need to streamline their check-in process. The tour desk was another disappointment. I had a tour scheduled for 9:20 a.m. and was instructed to pick up the voucher by 8:30. However, no one was at the desk until 8:50, leaving us anxious about missing the bus. We were shuffled between the tour desk, the front desk to pay, and back to the tour desk to finally get the voucher, only to rush back to the lobby to catch the bus. It was chaotic and frustrating. My second excursion was done privately and we had no time issues and everything customized to our needs which is how service is to be we booked it privately with TCJ Tours the same company we used for our private airport transportation from the airport and back there extremely reliable and i should have booked our first excursion with them. Dinner reservations were equally disappointing. We had an 8:00 p.m. reservation at the Seaside Bar & Grille, but ended up waiting in line for 30 minutes before being seated. Then it took another 30 minutes just to get water. By the time we got our food, it was 9:20 p.m.—an hour and a half after our reservation. It makes you question why they even bother with a reservation system if they can't stick to it. Those are the actually issues we had as stated the place is beautiful and most of the staff seem to be able to handle us Americans . I dont know if the owners care or not about the resort or if they even read the reviews but im hoping if they can fix the slow communication issues everyone's experience will be more in line to 5 star in terms of fun and service . Some folks dont mind the old look meaning it is due for some renovations but there is enough there for that to not even matter as much . When we left the resort was quiet this might be an advantage for some the weather did say rain on the weather apps but it wasn't rainy today however was windy. If it rained it wasn't for long during our stay.
