Amazing Trip - Great Service
We stayed at the Hilton Jumeriah for a week as part of a vacation and loved the experience from arrival to departure. Having stayed at this hotel many times over the last years, I have seen a marked difference in the service standards and general customer service. This stay was great, with a few minor hiccups which were quickly resolved. I was staying with my friend and her mother, who had limited mobility and the hotel were unbelievably helpful with wheelchair assistance, support and general help and support as required. It made the stay more enjoyable knowing there was support there as required. The hotel is on the smaller side, based on other resorts within JBR, however has a great atmosphere, food and pool and lounger area. We based ourselves in the garden area of the hotel to relax which offered a more calm and relaxed feel in the resort, away from the pool area, which also nice, however very busy. Food at the buffet breakfast was extensive, with a great selection of both continental and US style breakfasts along with local delicacies to tempt guests and the executive lounge had great small bites to eat including afternoon tea and dinner with happy hour from 6pm to 8pm. A big shout out to Lydia and her team in the executive lounge who ensured that we were well looked after, and the food and beverage team were fab as well as Sayhem and the concierge team, who helped us so well during our stay. Highly recommended resort, we will be back

Fantastic housekeeping
I recently stayed at Hilton Dubai and I was impressed with the housekeeping team. Every day, my room was cleaned to perfection, with attention to even the smallest details. The room felt fresh and inviting each time I returned, with the bed neatly made, the bathroom spotless, and everything organized just right. The housekeeping staff Alice was also friendly and accommodating, making sure all my requests were promptly attended to. It truly made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. I can’t thank the team enough for their fantastic service!
