Nothing to show.
Very average rooms stains on carpet floor dusty bathroom floor but average room if you like looking at a brickwall from your room so keep blinds closed. Now to the charges on a 3 night stay we didn't use any of the facilities but endedup with a bill for over 120 pounds for service charges smoke Alarm removed on fist night because needed new battery we had yo go to the desk following day to ask for one to be put back very very average hotel
Bad service and poor amenities. Especially the service at the front desk with few exceptions. Hotel is old and rooms are smelly.Very unfriendly staff. Will not go back and don’t recommend it. You can find a way better value for that price in North miami
Poor amenities, terrible towel card system, valet parking at $42 is ridiculous along with resort fees, taxes, etc. add up to 400 dollars per night which it's clearly not worth! We were told that as diamond members we would get a daily credit for breakfast of 15 dollars at check in every day. We therefore made use of the restaurant when we Otherwise Would NOT Have. When reviewing the receipt, not surprisingly, the credit was applied once only. When we asked about it at check out were told the staff we first interacted with at check in entered the information incorrectly and there was nothing we could do. The manager came and instead of talking to us, told the staff person 'they made a mistake, we can't correct it now.' We insisted this was not fair, since we were basically being overcharged for hotel's staff. Manager wouldn't budge. Lineup behind us got longer and longer as the argument continued. The manager was unhelpful and insistent on being incapable of assistance, this was on saturday morning at 10 am Nov 12th. The lineup behind got longer and longer, people getting impatient to check out presumably. Any individual in this situation would have firstly thought this was grossly unfair and rapacious, and secondly, would have been horrified at the manager's lack of help in a hospitality industry situation. Eventually probably realizing she had to hurry up she said 'I"ll do it this one time, but JUST FOR YOU.' Which of course begs the question, does everyone else get cheated????
