Hilton Bentley Miami South Beach

The staff to start off with was incredible. Henry, Les and Andre went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Our room had a beautiful side ocean view and a great balcony which we used a lot. The hotel is very clean and the amenities including the Beach club, restaurant, pool and fitness center were all top notch. We were supposed to be on an international trip, but due to the ineptness and lack of customer service from American Airlines we decided to stay in Miami Beach. The Hilton Bentley team more than made up for it and let us have a wonderful time. I cannot thank them enough!

The beach setup is why I save my free night or use points to stay here. I wish it was less expensive because I’d stay here more often during my Miami staycations. I love the restaurant (great happy hour!) and beach chairs with umbrellas and comfy cushions. Great service, as usual, and the rooms are so comfortable with their large bathrooms and mini kitchen. The neighborhood is also phenomenal. Stay here if you don’t want to be stuck with the trashy party crowd on Ocean north of 7th.

Stayed here one night before a cruise leaving from Miami. Overall we had a wonderful experience. This hotel is located in the quieter part of South Beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy access to the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even the maintenance guy who rode in the elevator greeted us. Hotel was clean and well-kept. The only negative is that we heard other toilets flushing/showers running. Overall, we recommend this place and would stay again.
