Hilton At Resorts World Bimini

Staying at the Hilton Resort World Bimini was one of the best trips! The service and food was exceptional. Restaurants on site were delicious (Sushi Bar and Lobby Bar are a MUST). The employees were beyond accommodating and continued to WOW us with the service they gave each day. Breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had and the hostess N’nannika was so friendly to us each day (impressed with her friendly and hospitable personality). Thank you for making this family trip a trip to remember! I would definitely recommend this seven day vacation to anyone looking for stunning accommodation and service. The Bimini Resort Beach was absolutely stunning with clear waters and a clean sandy beach. The bus shuttle was always available and staff were so friendly each day. Our adventure with Bimini Blue Adventures was magical with a private tour and swim with the stingrays (Big thanks to Devon and Christie for making our boat adventure absolutely worth it as they were so friendly and good with our two kids). Thank you for such a wonderful stay! All I can say is everyone one of your staff made our trip one to remember.

The Hotel was simply breathtaking however, some of the staff were more interested in conversation with other staff locals and ensuring that the kitchen prepare countless containers of take out food for fellow staff members and locals rather than the paying customer. We witnessed numerous guests frustrations as frontline staff showed little interest in serving the paying customer. There is no doubt that after having lived in the Caribbean myself that many locals have a serious dislike for tourists. This of course is there rights but it's also the hotels responsibility to replace those with disdain for the customer with those who appreciate the customer. Hilton your hotel is magnificent, regrettably you've failed in staffing.

Absolutely terrible. Booked a beach resort and you can use the beach because they sold out the beach to Virgin cruises. They don’t tell you when you book the room or when you check in that you can go to the beach. Total BS!! Stay away. We used to come all the time but will never come back. And they don’t even have enough chairs at the pool for everyone who can’t go to the beach!! Total waste of money. Came for the weekend and the beach is booked by Virgin for both Friday and Saturday. Unacceptable!!
