Great time
Just got home from a 2 week holiday it’s our 2nd visit to the hotel with the first being 7 years ago. This time we stayed in the adult only Hideaway, The hotel is very spacious with lots of bars and restaurants the buffet has a very large selection of foods available so going hungry isn’t an option with lots of cooking stations with the omelette station to the the right a particular favourite for breakfast. Al a carte restaurants were fairing from very good to average Graze the Italian was my favourite with fantastic pizza and pasta choices followed closely by Zen and Dorado only disappointment was Hunters had the flank steak and was frankly awful. Only other negative I would offer is the Sports bar as being a big football fan I appreciate Premier League games kick of early with the time distance but for the Sports bar not being open for guests to watch there favourite teams was very disappointing. On a drinks front although spirits are in branded bottles there are some bars where this is very questionable Only a couple of negatives that didn’t no way spoil the enjoyment of this fabulous holiday at a fabulous resort Thank you & see you again no doubt

Dorados is a must
The hotel managed storm/ hurricane extremely well. Restaurants were great but all of the Dorado waiting staff especially Raul went above and beyond, thank you. The managers were extremely helpful and friendly too. Food was good to exceptional around the numerous restaurants.

Excellent. Would recommend.
I'm a frequent user of the gym & thought the facilities here were excellent. A great range of resistance and cardio machines and an excellent studio with a sledge, punch bags & big tyre with a sledgehammers. The staff are really friendly & helpful. Would need to have better air on as it can get very hot in there.
