We had the best week at the Henrietta! Tudor was the best and helped us with all our accommodations. So grateful for him! Our favorite dining spot was actually right next door - Ave Mario. Overall, would recommend to anyone! We will be back!❤️

Spent 5 nights here and so happy I decided on this little hotel. Communication from the very beginning has been very prompt and accurate even if different people were replying to my email. I booked one of the Executive Rooms at around 30sqm. Not sure if they upgraded me or not cause each room is different in this small hotel, but VERY happy with the room. It is spacious. We had 2 twin beds pushed together, a sofa and coffee table, and a small dressing table perfect for quick meals. My teenager son and I had more than enough space for each other, our 2 big suitcases, and miscellaneous stuff. WIFI was fast and stable. The only minus....the showerhead is too close to bathroom door so water leaked a bit when we shower. Also, a full length mirror would be a great addition. We had 5 lovely sleeps in Henrietta, and that's one of the most important yardstick for hotels. Covent Garden is a busy busy place. But because it's mostly pedestrian, we did not hear traffic noise at all. Surrounding Henrietta were a lot of restaurants. But because they were not bars/pubs, we also didn't hear a peep. What we heard were seagulls in the morning because we slept with the window open a little bit. We had room service 2x from Henri restaurant downstairs. It's delivered super quickly, tasted like restaurant food (as opposed to room service food), and great value too. The staff in person turn out to be as friendly and kind and competent as they are on email. I very much enjoy the Covent Garden area. It's busy and has a lot of tourists and tourist restaurants. But it's pedestrian and quiet as well. And clean too. We were in Soho and Chinatown and that felt a lot grungier. Lots of shops, both generic and international, and British ones (across from the hotel is Joseph Cheaney shoes, where they still make shoes in England). Walking to musicals only took us 10 minutes. The charming Seven Dials are also 10 minutes away. Truly, this is a great city hotel.

This is my second time staying at the Henrietta, and I can’t recommend it enough. The rooms are beautifully designed and immaculate, the on-site restaurant is excellent, and the location is unbeatable. Covent Garden is such a great place to stay, whether you’re looking to walk to some major attractions or grab a train or two for a day trip. Half the neighborhood is also pedestrian-only during the day, which is a huge bonus.
