Excellent customer service
The hotel is a great venue. The facilities are spot on for a family such as ours that has two small children. The hotel staff were excellent in customer service. Despite being quite busy for half term we found them to be very accommodating. In particular, the RoxCity team (children's entertainment) deserve a special mention for their enthusiasm and excellence.

Wonderful holiday - kids loved it!
Lovely stay at The Hard Rock in Tenerife. Welcoming staff, friendly atmosphere and excellent facilities. Our room was comfortable and had a nice view. The only thing I’d say is the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable. Breakfast was very good and the choice was extensive. Wonderful to eat breakfast outside! The regular coffee machines weren’t the best but there were a couple of Nespresso machines, which were much better. The splash pool was perfect for our young children and our eldest was desperate to try the kids’ club. He loved it and has brought home all of his creations! A special thanks to Sire, Joaqui, Daura and Patri who all made his experience at the kids club so special. We loved the rooftop bar - perfect spot to watch the sun set. Overall a fantastic holiday!

Fantastic holiday experience
The hotel is extremely clean an fresh in all areas, and smells clean and fresh. The staff are all polite, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely be visiting the Hard Rock Hotel again in the near future.
