Awesome Adult Only Resort
It was a very pleasant stay in an above average resort. We enjoyed the highly professional staff throughout the whole resort. They need a snack shop by the Heaven Adult Only pool. Menu items delivered took about an hour to receive. Often ran out of small selection of beer and only offered one light beer. Overall a very good experience that we highly recommend.

Honeymoon
If you expect Heaven to be fully adults only when booking your honeymoon then don't. Week 2 they allowed children and families into an alleged adult only hotel. Hard Rock did not deliver, we not happy

Paradiise pass SCAM
Hotel is Beautiful, Food is Great many options 👌! no Beach , lot of Seaweeds. pools are great ! I bougjt Paradise pass, Been told KING bed and Double one for kids. thay put me in Two double , Hotel said we never have kind and double in one room, So Paradise lied to me . the. we had $1200 Credit can use for Activities, spas , stores. when I tried to use attaction thay told me 50% meed lay cash , which was $365 and thats the real price , but paradise said proce cost $750 which is bull sh. then i wanted use massage, and for that too need pay 25% tax i asked them how much is that tax which is $65 and that os notmal proce for massage, bit thay tell you massage cost $250 which even in Dubai doesnt exist that stupid price. so $1200 is total lie! very scam.
