The most negative horrible experience of a hotel I have ever encountered. On arrival, we were disappointed with the room layout (Swim up studio), it wasn't private enough for two adult parents and a 15 year old boy (a toilet and shower in separate rooms, no bathroom, and a shared open plan sink... no where to get changed in private) We had e-mailed the hotel prior to arrival to ask about the layout after seeing it on their website and were assured it was sufficient for our needs. So we felt disappointed when we saw the room, but we decided to suck it up and make the most of our 5 night break. On day 2, we were asked via their app to provide feedback on our stay so far, so my feedback was, we were disappointed with our room (and the swim up pool beds were constantly being used by other people, so you had random guests sunbathing practically on your doorstep) It went horribly down hill from there. I want to make one thing clear, we did not complain. We were asked for feedback on how our holiday was going so far so we told them, and the treatment we received after that was awful. After lots of break down in communication, failed call backs and non response to e-mails. We were offered another room, told we could move into it the following morning, so we packed all of our things ready to move, called reception to request our move to then be told they had let out our new room by mistake, which meant it was no longer ready to move into. So they expected us to check out of our current room at 12, leave our luggage in reception and check back in at 3pm. Obviously that is a massive inconvenience, to be without a room for best part of the day through no fault of our own. (we are on day 3 of 5 at this point) We insisted on keeping our current room until the new one was cleaned, which they agreed, and they promised to aim to have the new room ready asap. Later that morning, my Husband went to our existing room at around 12:30, to find all of our belongings had been moved (we were not aware this would happen without us being in attendance) and yet our new room still wasn't ready, so we had no idea where our belongings were. To add insult to injury, they had checked us out, so our wrist bands wouldn't work. So we had no belongings, no money and no active wrist bands to get food/drink! We eventually got into our new room, and were offered a free lunch at the pool bar due to the inconvenience caused to us and the fact they had in their words "Let us down". We got to the pool bar for our free lunch, to find we were restricted to a set menu that had about 3 mains options on it and we could not order what ever food we wanted (this is a pool bar, there is no lobster and caviar!) restricted drinks I can completely understand but given all the issues we had, this was just added insult to injury. We couldn't even choose a burger! This is the short version, but in summary, what was meant to be a lovely 5 night family break resulted in me being in tears, my Son feeling uncomfortable and my Husband very angry that our family holiday that cost us a fortune being ruined by such shocking customer service. The whatsapp messages we received from one staff member were rude, accusatory and upsetting, not at all what you would expect from a so called 5 star hotel! Lets remember, five star is a lot about service, not just facilities, and service failed massively over and over again. The hotel facilities were good, and the room we eventually got was excellent, but our holiday was ruined by Hard Rock Hotel asking for our feedback, then failing to deliver a solution to an issue we did not cause. Hard rock hotel asked for feedback, then blunder after blunder created hell for us and made us feel like a massive inconvenience. The anxiety I suffered was awful, I've never been stressed on a holiday before! Awful, horrible experience, a holiday quite frankly I want to forget.

Food is very good at Breakfast. a bit overpriced for what you get. The rooms are designed purely for holliday makers, No place to woek at all..

I came to dinner to Tatel restaurant with my friends for the first time. I got still away from the atmosphere of the restaurant, so different from others. We been served by Gabriele who was wooow, the attention he put on the service was simply amazing, the food also was amazing, and you also have little entertainment during dinner with music and live show. I highly recommend this restaurant :)
