the hotel is beautiful. staff was very nice and helpful. Generally a very nice and relaxing holiday. like a dream. The birthday surprise was incredibly beautiful. always happy to stay in this hotel.

We went to visit the hotel just to see what the bar and restaurant were like as we were staying at a different hotel. A complete accident occured by one of the staff members. Straight away the medical team came over to support us, the manager and others. They checked to see if we was ok, wanted anything to drink and assessed the situation. We ended up having to go to hospital and the manager gave us her phone number and email address. We were chauffeured to and from the hospital by the hard rock and on return given free food and drinks. They offered for us to stay the whole day (we was going home that evening). The whole hotel was beautiful and if I went back to Ibiza I would definitely look into staying. Although prices on the menu may look expensive from what we had, the portion was massive. Staff were all brilliant and take a very personal approach. Lots of different pools to experience.

We encountered several issues during our recent stay, which we believe were mainly due to the early season and the property not being fully prepared for guests. We booked a Rock Suite Platinum room, which is supposed to offer the highest level of service and luxury, not as an upgrade. Here is a summary of our experiences: - Upon arrival, our room was heated to 27 degrees Celsius, resembling an oven. The cleaning staff had adjusted the temperature, and despite our attempts to cool the room down, we couldn't open the doors due to our two young children. - The air conditioning was not functioning as it was still set to heating mode, causing the room to become uncomfortably warm during the hot week. - We were incorrectly charged 80 euros for champagne from the minibar, which we did not consume. Fortunately, the charge was promptly refunded upon our notice. - We were charged for in-room coffee, even though the amenities had not been replenished. - On two occasions, our room was not serviced. There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, which resulted in a lack of towels, coffee, and bathroom products. - While using the outdoor hot tub, the jets were turned on unexpectedly, covering us with brown sludge due to the tub not being cleaned over the winter. - Unlike neighboring rooms, our outdoor beds were not provided with sheets. - The room's lighting was faulty and began flashing uncontrollably, requiring an engineer to repair the lighting circuits. - The ice machine was out of order, necessitating a phone call whenever we needed ice. - Our block of rooms lacked an elevator, requiring us to carry our children and stroller up two flights of stairs. - The iron in our room was cracked and damaged, resulting in my wife's dress being soaked and ruined. We did inform guest services about these issues, and they were apologetic and accommodating, offering us a complimentary beachfront lunch, which was appreciated. However, for a property claiming to be a five-star resort, we did not expect to encounter daily room problems. After enduring two sleepless nights due to the excessively warm room, we had hoped for a refund for those nights, but unfortunately, this was not offered. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience at this high-end resort, especially considering the premium price we paid for our room.
