Great vacation at Hard Rock Cancun
Great vacation. The best was: (1) greatest beach (2) we’ve been happy with the service of our butler Jessica (3) overall atmosphere in this resort. Things to be improved are - ZEN restaurant awaited (on reconstruction now) - some facilities and rooms need to be renovated or refreshed.

Excellent experience @Hard Rock Cancun
My husband and I had a great time at the Hard Rock Cancun! The weather didn't help(raining), but we were able to do some activities and enjoy the beach! Our butler Kevoy and Nora were so nice and such a great service, very helpful and doing extra little surprise for our anniversary and my husband birthday. Also, Juany was very friendly and good customer service, went beyond on helping us. Overall, great experience for our first time! Bendiciones 🦋🌻🙌
