H10 Universitat Hotel

We chose this hotels because of the consistently fantastic reviews and we werent disappointed. From the exceptionally welcoming and helpful staff , to the wonderful breakfast and the gorgeous room, our expectations were far exceeded. Our room (junior suite) was very spacious and great for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It looked and smelt like it had only recently been finished. Exceptionally clean and well appointed.The hotel is located just at the end of Las Ramblas, within easy walking distance to just about everything. Tip -If there are only 2 of you the airport bus stops 100 yards from the hotel , but any more than that a taxi from the airport will cost the same. Thank you H10 Universitat you made our holiday. We will return.

Located near La Ramblas which is ideal. Close to all the action and food places. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious, luxurious and clean. Bathroom fit for a King. Roof top was ideal to view firework display on New years eve. Will definitely come back.

We picked this hotel after reading other reviews and for the location. It was a great hotel, easy to get to from the airport on the Aerobus and just a 5 minute walk when you arrive at Placa Catalunya. We were greeted by a very helpful receptionist who let us check in early and helped us with any queries we had. The room was large and clean and had all the amenities we needed. We were a bit cold on the first night as the bed covers are very thin, but found an extra duvet in the wardrobe which solved the problem. The breakfast was buffet service and had plenty of choice for everyone. We went to the roof top bar one afternoon and enjoyed a cocktail sitting in the sun and enjoying the view. The cocktail was well made and the staff again very helpful and chatty. The hotel is in the perfect location for all sightseeing and restaurants. We walked everywhere with the exception of Park Guell, which we decided to take the metro to.. We would definitely stay here again if in Barcelona.
