Customer service to be proud of
Mum had a medical emergency 2 days in to a holiday and was in hospital for 12 days. The hotel was amazing and they couldn’t do enough for her and my dad in particular. Food was great, rooms were very good & the customer service was above and beyond

A fabulous trip
A fantastic trip, Puerto de la Cruz has many historical places to visit! Lots of nightlife. The hotel is situated perfectly, the staff are excellent and very friendly. For any help see Miranda Public Relations of the hotel. The pool area is good. Entertainment is very entertaining. We will certainly come back.

Great Stay
Lovely hotel with excellent staff, Especially miranda the customer service lady. We love the meals, always a big variety also there are entertainment facilities which are great to join in. We will always come back every year!
