The hotel externally doesn't look exciting, but once you step into the reception area it/s very impressive. The pool area was nice, the restaurants were ideal with the added attraction of a few different restaurants. The room (sole use) was clean and tidy and the room was cleaned everyday. There was one night when a adjacent room had very loud music, but the night porter team dealt with it immediately, whilst everyone is entitled to enjoy themselves, I'm not sure full volume music which could be heard down the corridor at 2am is ideal
Very nice hotel complex with lovey pools and restaurants but unfortunately the room we have is not great. No 172 is supposed to be an 'upgraded' junior suite but it's clearly a long while since it was upgraded. The place smells of damp from the leaky shower and possibly leaky toilet. It has a north facing balcony which will never see the sun so if you are a sun worshiper, avoid the whole area on the left of this photograph. However, there is a nice roof terrace with a little plunge pool. The room was also a bit dusty but fortunately, due to previous experiences, I carry my own cleaning wipes with me but it should not have been necessary. The bed is extremely comfortable at least. We have found the staff to be very polite and helpful. I would use this hotel again but only if guaranteed a decent room.
Great hotel. We’ve visited for a friends 50th. Everything about the hotel is great. The food is fab, and bar service really quick. There’s an adult only area which is great , with a lovely heated pool. The staff are all super friendly , and especially Michaela in the animation team who was really fun. We will be back to this hotel 100 per cent
