H10 Conquistador

We stayed half board, 3 adults and 3 teenagers 17,14 and 13. The rooms were small with a double and single in each room, the lack of space was disappointing that coupled with insufficient draws and hanging space for our clothes didnt go down too well. Our balcony overlooked the town towards the mountains which wasnt too bad. although we should have booked a sea view so our fault. The Housekeeping howvere was first class. The Hotel in general was good and the food pretty good, one thing I did notice was that for those who were Ai, the lunch time selection was pretty basic. The main pool did not allow inflatables or balls, which I can understand but try telling that to 3 energetic teenagers, and whilst the pool area did not officially open until around 0900 hrs there was the usual dash for the sunbeds to which I can not be bothered with and so most days we didnt get to sit around the pool. As it was the school holidays meal times were pretty noisy affairs, but having said that its the kids holidays as well as anybody elses so should be expected. Entertainment was first class I have to say and the entertainers were extremely engaging with everyone. My advice is that if you are a family then this is a good hotel at this time of year.

Stayed here twice, and just booked our third stay here for this summer with my partner and our young daughter. The hotel is amazing, the location is central and right by the beach, swimming pools area and setting i think is the best in Las Americas, very friendly staff, food is also great. Really looking forward to August.

We are currently on holiday here and this place is so dated inside, in the bathroom the tiles are moving and cracked, when you walk on them they make a cracking sound The rooms and corridors should have been updated at least 10 years ago. Location is ok and pools are ok But be warned if Lou leave your bed unattended for more than 10 min at the adult pool they take your towels and belongings you have to put a £15 euro deposit on each towel and you are charged if you want to replace for a clean one. There is no way this place is 4 stars 3 is realistic also this is our 3rd day and no clean linen for the room. We have been to the h10 gran Tenerife which is much better
