H10 Atlantic Sunset

My sister and I booked this hotel for a chilled girlie break. We were looking for a hotel with a relaxed atmosphere and nice food and drinks. The location itself is Playa Parasio, 15 minute taxi to Central Adeje, a 20 minute taxi to the airport or for €2.55, a 40 minute bus journey to Los Cristianos. Within a 5 to 10 minute walk of the hotel, there are between 10 and 15 restaurants. We tried Mumbai Masala, Tentation and Steak 21. All lovely and would recommend. We went for the B&B option as like to go out for dinner and drinks in the evening. It was absolutely gorgeous, inside and out. A perfect stay for what we were looking for! If you are looking to party etc then this hotel is not for you. Pros: -very modern and clean hotel room with lots of hot water -ease of access to room, drinks etc with hotel wrist band -adults only pool -nice touch of cava on check-in -lots of choice at breakfast and food lovely -pool towels that you can change twice a day -sea views -free yoga and aerobics classes -great choice of gins 😊 -walking distance to restaurants and a small strip -nice walks in the local area Cons: (We are not one to point out cons but here are some pointers that might improve customer satisfaction) -poolside drinks service should be offered (even at the adults only pool) and it need only be hourly etc. If you want a drink whilst at the pool, it's a hassle to go to the poolside bar across the resort. A 5 star hotel should offer poolside drinks service -some amusing hotel rules; 1) we wanted a criossant to go with a coffee in our hotel room one morning after breakfast so popped croissants in a bowl and as we were leaving we were told we had to put them in a plate and not a bowl 😀 😉 no idea why! 2) towels (tip - ask for large pool towels). We got small towels one afternoon as the large towels had gone. I asked for 4 small towels so we could cover the sunbed but was told I could only have 2 towels as only had 2 tickets. You give your room number etc so can't understand why you can't get extra towels as you give them back at the end of the day. -checkout, we asked for a late checkout (an extra hour) which couldn't be accommodated but when we left at 12 to check out we had to queue for a long period due to the lack of reception staff. Not a major con but we could have showered etc in the time we were queuing. Overall, it's a gorgeous hotel. The bar staff and breakfast staff are all great 👍 we would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for luxury, chilled vibes and a peaceful lie by the pool then look no further!

Absolutely loved this hotel. We had a small hickup with our room upon arrival which was promptly resolved - thanks Celine- and the stay was great. Pools are great, beautiful views, lovely kiddy club with kind monitors. Good service and everything was perfect.

This hotel provides a five star experience in every sense of the word. We upgraded to a Privilege junior suite and the overall satisfaction gleaned has been worth every penny. We have unlimited access to four quality restaurants, and the maintenance of the drinks supply in the Privilege Lounge is meticulous. I think that a more regular change of menu in The Privilege Restaurant would not go amiss, but this does not need to be an issue on a 12 night vacation when we have three other restaurants to use ! An exceptional hotel which is highly recommended.
