Outstanding experience
Outstanding services , professional and friendly staff . I extended my stay for additional 3 days just to enjoy the hotel experience. Definitely I will always choose them for future visits to London. The concierge service was outstanding I asked for so many things and they managed to get for me immediately. Excellent team
The apartment suites are well maintained and very comfortable, room amenities great , service team always available to assist, great customer service and experience over last few visits that I have stayed over the last one year .

Fantastic Accommodation
We have just returned from two nights, three days in a one bedroom suite. We have lived in London all our lives and didn’t realise these beautiful suites were here. What a find! We travel into town a lot and we highly recommend this accommodation. The suites are huge, beautifully furnished with everything you need. The room service was fantastic. All of the in room products were Milton Brown. Everything about this property is very well done. The staff are a credit from the reception, check in, porters, to the room service. Everyone made us feel very welcome and we hope to return very soon. Thank you for a fabulous weekend.
