From the minute we arrived at this hotel ,we were welcomed and our amazing holiday experience in this great hotel began ! The staff in every part of the hotel were superb. A special mention for Joseph always helpful professional and attentive. Sloane’s restaurant was excellent with wonderful ladies welcoming us and showing us to our table . We will be back to explore more at Tower2 It was amazing to be able to use the Le Meridian hotel via the courtesy bus … the gardens , pools , beach club and restaurants all first class . Overall we only have immense praise and thanks for our amazing stay. We will highly recommend you and will return!
Good morning Mr Ates, My wife and I have been regular guests at GHH and LRM for well over 20 years even before the marina was thought of, and Le Royal Meridian was the only building let alone hotel in this area. I dont recall ever taking the time to write specifically about a particular member of staff even though your staff and customer service is one of the main reasons we return to your hotel. Please make special note and acknowledge the service of one of your front reception staff Dulasha in concierge. She is a new member of staff in training I believe, and spent over an hour with me booking restaurants through the morecravings scheme. Everything was brand new to her, she was exceptionally polite, helpful, had an appropriate sense of humour and was not phased by a few obstacles put in her way by some of the phone calls she made. To cut a long story short she was exceptional which is no mean feat amongst your staff. Please pass on our thanks and comments to her and her mentor. Many thanks Paul and Rosie Ps, every time we come to GHH we look for a member of staff who doesnt have an immaculate uniform, hair trimmed smartly or shoes perfectly clean….it is an impossible task, we still havent found one, very well done
Two weeks at the Grosvenor House Hotel in Dubai were supposed to be the “holiday of a lifetime” to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday. That was until we got there . . . . The fact that a “holiday of a lifetime” came with the “Customer Service of a lifetime” means that we’ll be returning next year and no doubt many more times after that. We booked a Premier Room which gave us access to the Executive Lounge in Tower Two. As it was here that we came into contact with a number of the hotel’s staff most frequently, their consistent help, support and attention to detail stood out. Kavi and Don were outstanding with Fazal, Anvi and Karun close behind. Romel Perez, the Lounge Guest Service Supervisor gave the constant impression of being everywhere and helping everyone at once without ever being anything other than efficiently charming. Whilst I’m happy to highlight their efforts, this shouldn’t take anything away from every other member of staff at the hotel. The concierge team, the restaurant staff, reception indeed virtually everyone we had contact with couldn’t have been more helpful. Their efforts were superlative. The Hotel gives guests access to the pool, beach and restaurant facilities at it’s sister hotel Le Royal Meridien with a regular 15 minutes shuttle between the two. Combined the two hotels offer the perfect blend of beach and city which fully ticket all our boxes. If you read further, you’ll see a great many 5 star reviews. In this instance I can only say that each and every one is richly deserved.
