Family vacation!
Had a great vacation with the family! I recommend trying the reservation restaurant such as mamma Mia, la fleur, miso tappanyaki, la hacidenda. Beach was great! Tennis was amazing with instructor Alfredo Jose Alvarez Aguilar! He did a great job and was always very friendly and welcoming! Reserving chairs by the pool was a little difficult, go early and reserve! Staff was friendly, room was good :)

Valuables are not Safe, poor response by hotel staff regarding theft
My Cellphone was stolen within minutes upon arrival at the hotel in the check in area. I noticed my phone was missing within 10 minutes, I alerted the concierge Rene, he did nothing and pointed me to the check desk, I told them and they looked in a drawer and said nothing was there. I immediately locked my phone as lost on find my iphone, and also contacted my phone carrier to secure it. The phone was tracked to a cell phone shop 17 miles away that had been was closed and had been closed by the government. The supervisor Andrea had the audacity to try and implicate another guest as the thief. I wanted to file a police report but needed the hotel to complete their investigation, however, they just kept giving excuses as to why they couldn't check the security camera footage. I went every day of my stay, and security showed me one screen shot where I was not in the reception area and asked if I was holding my phone. They insisted the footage showed that the reception desk was clear and did not have my phone but they refused to show me any of those images. If Rene the concierge or Andrea the supervisor had alerted security immediately for me, my phone would have been located and not stolen. They offered nothing to accommodate me and I believe they delayed their investigation so that I would not go to the local police. If you choose this resort, be very careful as they apparently protect the thieves that are working there. Other than Rene, Andrea the other staff was helpful

Beautiful services
The service was amazing. Food was coming fast and Pedro was great. The manager Christoper Aguilar. The serving size was good. The food was hot and you can ask for drink and refill any time during supper.
