Or visit to the Royal Park
The various staffs at the hotel was over the top being helpful and courteous. We rated them As and in some cases an A+. The room was an A with the housekeeper also an A. The food from the numerous restaurants as well as the “pop up “ ones serving pizza, tacos and ice creams were more than adequate that we overall rated them as B+. If you are lucky enough to have a personal concierges , you will feel like you are at the Ritz. We couldn’t have been more pleased to be at the hotel for a week.

Rramon, and the entertainment made us feel very comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Really enjoyed the shows and all of the service and Damien at the bar is fantastic and also Jesus treated us so well made it a pleasure to be here on our vacation.

Super fun resort! Ramon is awesome! So much fun and such a sweet guy!!! Water aerobics were so much fun. He’s super great and not pushy. Beach volley ball was a blast. The bartenders are great as well! The entertainment girls were great as well
