The room was full of mosquitoes, you have to climb into the bath/jacuzzi to operate the taps (genius planning) no turn down service so if you have children make the sofa bed yourself as house keeping aren’t planned to do it for you. If you drink your 4 cans of water they will charge you for more even if you are all inclusive ! The room telephone has no instructions at all so if you need help in an emergency you need to download and read the app! Not sure if you had a H&S emergency how well the hotel would do defending this! The food is wonderful but getting a reservation is an unnecessary challenge as only one person can book the restaurant (no central system). It’s rated as 5 star but it’s no Sani Beach or IKOS. No pool towels at midday leaving many customers confused. The top management need changing at this hotel asap.

Stayed here with my partner at the end of June for 10 nights. Firstly had a 9 hour flight delay so was tired enough but upon arrival about 5am checked straight into the room which was the first block away and a bonus for us but we did miss our first night. We wanted a mix of party and chill. The rooms were lovely decorated and the shower was amazing! Mini bar restocked daily which was a bonus (compared to TRS Ibiza only restocked every 3 days). a few English TV channels which we was happy to watch as we couldn’t get the chrome cast to work for Netflix etc but didn’t spend enough time in the room to worry about this. They were cleaned everyday even the days we got up late. Bring mosquito spray we got eaten alive on the balcony and the Italian restaurant! The buffet choice everyday was great only downside is I had to wait for the fresh stuff to come out as I like my food piping hot and I don’t feel the hot plates/ heat lamps were good enough. Great choice of salads and desserts! We had to get used to the app for everything like menus for the restaurants and only managed to try 2 of the restaurants as they would get booked up quick (wouldn’t be as bad if planned in advance however we didn’t like to plan out our days). Would say if you have a big appetite order more than one starter/main. The sports bar serving food throughout the day was great they had a little buffet option and can order from the menu also! Most of our evenings were spent in the sports bar as the lobby bar was far too cold for me and my partner likes watching the sports, the waiters in here were amazing too! I just wish the hotel done snacks like crisps, nuts etc because it was full meals like pizza and burgers. Only watched one of the evening entertainments so can’t comment on these really, I felt it was more for the kids. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as short 10 minute walk to clubs like Ushuaïa and Hi and only short taxi ride to Amnesia and Pacha. The beach isn’t the nicest beach but it’s the same the whole way along. Security at the front gate always asking to see our wristbands (even drunk hanging out a taxi always wanted to see both of ours). One day we got the bus up to the old town and port and there’s a stop outside the hotel. Personally I feel like the hotel would’ve been nice to have an adults only pool area as they do have a kids pool across the road and 2 main pools and next doors hotel too as when sitting at the main pool and I would’ve like to sat on the in pool bed/lounger things (the ones in the water) I was put off sitting there as frequently I would notice naked young kids going from one bed to the next and this really put me off. And the lifeguard blowing his whistle every 5 minutes got on my last nerve. There was no inflatables (lilos) allowed due to safety reasons even the little babies wasn’t allowed in with their inflatable seats/rings which baffled me when the entertainment team brought out a load of lilos for a pool party one day. I feel like they needed to upgrade the sun loungers as they wasn’t comfortable and some of the umbrellas as we would watch them be taken away in the wind and it was horrible to watch just waiting for an accident to happen. The downside to this hotel is next doors White hotel hasn't been revamped so cost a lot less but they was able to use all of our facilities from the pool to restaurants even the buffet so if you’re not too fussed about the room and wanted cheaper why not stay there? There was nothing to make us feel like what we paid for was worth the extra money (apart from the rooms looked nicer). All in all aside the few negatives I was happy enough with the stay, the staff was friendly and I would return due to the location as staying at hard rock or Ushuaïa is extortion and we liked the all inclusive option they had here. We were back in Ibiza at the TRS Ibiza hotel a week later owned by the same group as this hotel which I will leave a review on that one too.

We had some problems on arrival in the early hours of the morning as there wasn’t a bed in our room ready for our daughter. The hotel did upgrade us to a larger room the following day. Christina on reception has been amazing and sorted out our new room and any problems we have had. Overall the hotel is a lovely place to stay and we would stay here again. Close to beach and a good selection of restaurants and bars. The evening activities are the best we have experienced. Would highly recommend this to families wanting something a bit quieter than the normal Ibiza life !!
