Very disappointed
Got to start again because the review too many words so obviously gonna make it more brief so staff rude, running out of ingredients for drinks, running out with certain food, had to talk to the manager she didn’t look really that concerned my advice to you if you can avoid this Hotel please do wish i had This is a third time I’ve come here the last two twice were absolutely magnificent gone down rapidly just be very careful come here. Name is Scott still at the grand Palladium giving big managers a chance to come and see me and talk room 2605

Top quality and quality service
Paradise in the sun, our first visit to Jamacia and was not disappointed the hotel is lovely is big but still feels equipped and able to deliver great service, reception team are amazing with all support of check In and out -Tracey Ann @Reception for us was amazing ! Lots restaurants to choose the main buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner or choose one of the speciality restaurants - Poseidon (fish) service very good but to be honest quality of meal could do with attention, sumptori restaurant for Asian food ( this is amazing definitely tantalising the taste buds, great service from Jenoy our server, xmaysier restaurant (Italian) very good plus others need book these in advance but well worth doing so, I must say All staff very friendly and welcoming honesty they were all just so attentive warm and courteous regardless! Rooms very spacious with A/c (thank goodness) transport buggies if you need them - could go on and on this is an amazing hotel filled with quality and amazing staff delivering that service cant recommend enough - shout out to Latoya in sales also, Eartha (concierge) and Sasha (Mo’bay buffet restaurant)

Tip the staff
This was the best holiday I have ever experienced and by far would highly recommend to the world. The entertainment team through the day are the best we have come across the names I remember and are super active all day Mimi, Sonic, Althea, Ashanti and the rest of the team. The concierge team was outstanding Pat was a stand out guy. Gardening was on point would like a shout out to Richard. Food was brilliant day after day.
