Nothing to show.
Not a great hotel. Balcony door was broken. Pools were ice cold freezing. Not much to do in the hotel. Food was measly could be much bettter. They don’t know how to boil an egg. Security could be a lot better. Anyone can just walk into the hotel if they acted like they belong there.
There was a problem with the air conditioner in our room I think. Room was extremely damp. Woke up with actual puddles on the floor! Bedding wet, clothes wet. Very uncomfortable. Pool too crowded, food prices too high. Checked out after 1 night
Your choice in dining here is extremely limited, extremely expensive, and below average at best. One restaurant seems to always be closed. The other restaurant is open for a couple of hours a day with reservations required. Room service at nearly $40 a plate for a burger is horrible. Was overcharged $100 US dollars our final night. Managers couldn’t care less. Unless you want to eat sushi for a week straight you better pack food or double your budget. Also if you eat food you bought somewhere else on their property it’s a $20 a person charge. They just charge it to your room. Couldn’t really spend time on the beech with the kids as the club attached to this “high end” resort blared profanity laced music most of the afternoon, every afternoon. Other than a spin class, there are no activities available at this resort. If you are looking for a true resort style stay, you will be disappointed. This is my first review ever written. Just wished we were warned. It’s not about saving money. It’s about enjoying your stay. I’ll stick to Hilton.
