Great location, staff, very attentive grounds, pristine and hotel to a high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast room, amazing a good choice. We visited with our 10-year-old who had the most amazing time in the kids club for us this was the highlight of the holiday as our daughter was occupied. There did a good mix of activities. This is the second time we have visited this hotel and the kids club is the best in particular Dani, who was amazing. Thank you to all the staff in the kids club. Making our holiday perfect, we will definitely be back very soon.
We have been going to this hotel for the last 10 years and it astonishes me every time that I go how fantastic the hotel staff are, nothing is too much to ask. To maintain these standards for such an extended period of time is remarkable. Everyone has a smile on their face and they really do make the experience of staying at the hotel second to none. I could not recommend this hotel enough, a truly brilliant hotel and fantastic staff.. Eddie!
Nice lobby area and good restaurants. Very friendly staff and good breakfasts. However, the rooms are pretty awful for the price. Tiny, old and tired. With our patio doors locked, the entire window casement could simply be slid open. The plugs in both bath and sink didn’t work. We were told other rooms had been refurbished… to have one of these would cost and extra €70 per night. On top of an already expensive room rate! For an extra €120 per night we could have a “red lounge”room. Just not worth it. And the “red” category just segregates guests. Leaving the main lounge and bar area devoid of guests as the red group down their free drinks and tapas in a separate area. We hired a car for the week. The car park charge at the hotel actually cost twice the price of the car rental!!! It’s on the beach front. And next door to the conference center. Good location for those two things. But overall too expensive for what it is.
